This subscription monitors the USPTO database for new Trademark Application filings that would appear to be likely to cause confusion with your Registered Trademark.

In the event that I identify a new filing that warrants your attention, I will send you a note. I will also be happy to discuss the situation on a phone call with you. All of that is included in the annual subscription fee.

Any work beyond the initial email and phone call will only be done by agreement between us. You don’t have any obligation to send a cease and desist letter or take any other action - it’s 100% subject to our mutual agreement to take any such actions.
